How does it work? Step-by-step from start to finish β–Ύ
Step 1 β€” Choose your plan
Go to the Buy page, select Basic or Pro, and click Subscribe. Complete payment on Stripe β€” takes under a minute.

Step 2 β€” Check your email
Your license key and download link are sent instantly to the email you used at checkout. Check spam if you don't see it within 5 minutes.

Step 3 β€” Download and install
Click the download link, extract the zip file, and run Votalast.exe (Windows) or Votalast.app (Mac). No installer needed β€” just open and go.

Step 4 β€” Enter your license key
On first launch the app will ask for your key. Paste it in exactly as it appears in your email and click Activate.

Step 5 β€” Fill in your profile
Enter your name, job title, location, years of experience, and any keywords you want the bot to target. This is what gets submitted on your behalf.

Step 6 β€” Set your preferences
Choose which platforms to run (Basic: LinkedIn only / Pro: LinkedIn + Indeed + Dice), set your Max Applications limit, and pick Visible or Headless mode.

Step 7 β€” Click Start Bot
Hit Start Bot. Browser windows open automatically for each platform.

Step 8 β€” Log in once (first run only)
When the browser opens, log in to LinkedIn and any other platforms you've selected. Your session is saved β€” you'll never need to log in manually again.

Step 9 β€” Let it run
The bot applies to matching jobs automatically in the background. You can minimise the window and carry on with your day.

Step 10 β€” Watch the dashboard
Applied, Skipped, and In Progress counts update live. LinkedIn will stop the bot once the daily limit is reached β€” just run it again the next day.
Which job platforms does the bot support? β–Ύ
Votalast currently supports LinkedIn Easy Apply (Basic & Pro), Indeed Quick Apply (Pro), and Dice Easy Apply (Pro). You can select which platforms to target in your job preferences inside the app.
My key isn't activating. What do I do? β–Ύ
Make sure you're typing the key exactly as it appears in your email β€” it's case-sensitive and includes the dashes (e.g. JAB-XXXX-XXXX). If it still won't activate, email us at jahdaglobal@gmail.com with your key and we'll fix it.
Can I use the app on more than one computer? β–Ύ
No. Each license key is permanently tied to the first machine it's activated on and cannot be transferred. If you need Votalast on a second device, you'll need a separate subscription.
Will Windows SmartScreen warn me about the app? β–Ύ
Possibly. Because the app isn't code-signed with a Microsoft certificate, Windows may show a "Windows protected your PC" warning. Click More info β†’ Run anyway. The app is safe β€” SmartScreen warns about any unsigned app regardless of whether it's harmful.
How do I cancel my subscription? β–Ύ
You can cancel anytime through Stripe's customer portal or by emailing us at jahdaglobal@gmail.com. Your key will stop working at the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
Is my LinkedIn / Indeed password safe? β–Ύ
Yes. Your credentials are stored only on your local device β€” they never leave your computer. The app logs directly into LinkedIn/Indeed from your machine just like a browser would. Votalast's servers never see your passwords. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
I didn't receive my key email. What now? β–Ύ
Check your spam/junk folder first β€” emails from Votalast sometimes land there. If it's not there within 5 minutes of payment, email us at jahdaglobal@gmail.com with the email you used at checkout and we'll send your key manually right away.
Do I need to log in to LinkedIn / Indeed / Dice manually? β–Ύ
Basic plan (LinkedIn only): The first time you run the bot, a LinkedIn browser window will open automatically. Log in to your LinkedIn account and save your session when prompted. After that, you never need to log in manually again β€” just press Start Bot.

Pro plan (LinkedIn + Indeed + Dice): The first time you run the bot, browser windows will open for LinkedIn, Indeed, and Dice. Log in to each platform when the window appears. Your sessions are saved automatically β€” all future runs are fully automatic.

Tip: Keep Visible mode on for your first run so you can see and interact with the browser windows.
I hit LinkedIn's daily application limit. What happens? β–Ύ
LinkedIn limits the number of Easy Apply applications per day. When the bot detects this limit, it stops gracefully and notifies you β€” no errors, no crashes. Simply wait 24 hours and run the bot again. Your profile and preferences are saved so the next run starts right where the limit left off.
Does the bot run on Mac or Linux? β–Ύ
Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit) β€” fully supported.

Mac β€” supported, but the app is currently unsigned. When you first open it, macOS will show a security warning. To bypass: right-click the app β†’ Open β†’ click Open in the dialog. On newer Macs (macOS Ventura+) you may also go to System Settings β†’ Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway. You only need to do this once. A fully signed Mac version with no warnings is coming soon.

Linux β€” not supported at this time.
What's the difference between Basic and Pro? β–Ύ
Basic (Β£5.99/mo) β€” LinkedIn Easy Apply only. Great if LinkedIn is your main job board.

Pro (Β£14.99/mo) β€” LinkedIn + Indeed Quick Apply + Dice Easy Apply. Runs all three platforms simultaneously for maximum reach. Best if you're actively job hunting and want to apply to as many roles as possible per day.
My license key says "already activated on another machine" β–Ύ
Each key is permanently tied to the first machine it's activated on. If you're seeing this error on a machine you've never used before, the key may have been shared or activated elsewhere. Keys cannot be reset or transferred. If you believe this is a genuine error, email us at jahdaglobal@gmail.com with your key and the email you used to purchase.
The download link in my email isn't working β–Ύ
Try opening the link in a different browser, or copy and paste it manually into your address bar. If it still doesn't work, email us at jahdaglobal@gmail.com and we'll send the download file directly.
